One of my group members, Zhen Yuan suggested us to have lunch at Fong Lye Taiwan Cuisine Restaurant. He said if you are looking for food at Sunway Pyramid, there is a palatable Taiwan cuisine that you ought to try.
The restaurant is located at ice atrium LG1 inside Sunway Pyramid.

We walked into the restaurant and started ordering food. After much consideration, I decided to choose Steam Fish with Pineapples & Taiwan Marinated Sweet Bean Set Meal as my lunch. The set meal costs RM19.80

Before I ate my lunch, my group members had enjoyed having their lunch. They seem very satisfied about the food. The Taiwan cuisine definitely conquer their mouth.. They finished their lunch by leaps and bounds because they were very hungry.

My friends and me were wandering at Sunway Pyramid. We decided to have lunch here. However, we didn't know which restaurant is a better choice. After gathering positive feedback from one of my friend who dined at a restaurant named Fong Lye before, we were convinced to try.
Fong Lye restaurant serves different types of taiwanese food. Before we walked into the restaurant, we had been grabbed attention by the decoration of the restaurant. The decoration is beautiful. Also, the restaurant is well designed and clean. It makes us to feel comfortable and delighted. We didn't queue for long time because many tables are still available when we got there. The service is good as the waiters here provide efficient and effective service to us. Soon, we were served with menu. There is quite a lot of choices in the menu. Most of the food are set meal. After much hesitation, I decided to order Steam Fish with Pineapples & Taiwan Marinated Sweet Bean Set Meal. It costs RM 19.80. The price is still affordable for me though it is a little bit costly. The food we ordered comes fast and we didn't wait for long time.
The set meal comes with a bowl of rice, side dishes, a bowl of soup, and steam fish. The pork gravy goes well with the rice. It is very delicious and makes me can't stop eating it. The rice also goes well with the side dishes including vegetable and appetizer. Moreover, I do love the steam fish because it is soft and delectable. Furthermore, they used fresh fish, it tastes sweeter naturally. It tastes great once I bite the fish. The sweet potato ball is also one of my favourite as it is very fragrant and chewy. The inner part of the sweet potato contain some peanut. Besides, the soup is tasty and it whets my appetite. I finished the food without leaving any ort on the plate.
I very happy and satisfied with the food. I decided to come here for eating again because the food here is palatable. I had nothing to say about the restaurant but awesome! I felt very lucky to choose this place to have our lunch. This is one of the most delicious taiwanese cuisine I ever had. Therefore, I looked forward to having lunch at this restaurant again.
In conclusion, I really like this restaurant. I do recommend this restaurant because the cuisine here is worth to eat. Although the price of the food here is a little bit expensive especially their drinks, the food is mouth watering and i think it worth the price. The environment is so comfortable that I feel very relax sitting on the sofa chair. Last but not least, the friendly waiters offer very good service. They serve their customer diligently without lazing around. I are very satisfied with this restaurant. This is one of my memorable food i had in Sunway.

Well, I do enjoy coming back here time and time again for aparticular dish. Whenever I want to dine in Fong Lye, this will be my modus operand. The place too pack? Well, I make it a point to comehere on a weekday during off-peak hours.
But there is some different compare with last time, this time I bring few of my friends along. ( Fui Yang, Kean Hong, Zuo Ping and Andrew ) When they say that they have no idea what to eat for the business communication blog writing assignment, I think about somewhere else at the first place but my friends hope to have the meal around Sunway area. So we decide to have the meal at Sunway Pyramid.
So after knowing why we choose Fong Lye Taiwan Cuisine Restaurant as our destination, lets talk about the food we have right now. The meal I have on that day is Cool Noodle With Sesame Sauce （冷面）that cost me RM10.80. Because that day i do not bring much cash with me so i have no choice and choose the cheapest food in the restaurant. However, the cold noodle is cheap but is still very delicious.
How tasty is the noodle? Then we need to start with the process of cooking the noodle. At first they cook the noodle with warm water for a short time and immediately place the noodle to a bowl of ice water. That is why the noodle is cold but still so chewy. After cooking the noodle they will pour the spiced sesame sauce on the cold noodle. The sesame sauce make the noodle smell and taste better because of its sesame smell.
Some people say that this place overpriced, portion too little, sitting arrangement too cramped, the place too pack and son on. I myself find it a little hard to communicate with the staff and resort to mostly pointing at the photos on the menu.
But in conclusion, I love this restaurant very much and I will keep recommend this restaurant to other of my friends. The price and portion of the food here will be a little more expensive and small but it worth because of the delicious food and comfortable environment.They also have very good service here, the waiter serve their customer diligently without lazing around. At last but not least, a little advice before i stop writing, try to not order a drink here because the drinks are quite expensive.
